| Ms. Kanchan Tuli |
| Ms. Kanchan Tuli is the Executive Director of Credibility Alliance. She is a Chartered Accountant and had done a Post Graduate Programme in Management from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Before joining Credibility Alliance, she worked with GiveIndia for 2 years on NGO assessments through valued donations. She also had six years of corporate experience in audit, consulting, operations in organisations like AF Ferguson, Genpact, and GE Capital. |

| Mr. Robert Dequadros |

| Mr.
Robert is the Resource Mobilization Executive. He is educated in the aviation industry and then went on to work in the developmental sector in Nepal for St. Xavier's Social center as Manager Programming & Administration. He later joined The General Electric Company of India as Manager Administration and after a stint of 10 years there, he started his own business in automobiles for the next 7 years. Robert worked for Seva Kendra Calcutta, a Catholic non -profit organization as Manager Resource Mobilization until he joined Credibility Alliance as Regional Coordinator East in 2005 followed by his present assignment since 2007. |

| Mr. Satchidanand Srivastava |

| Mr. Srivastava has a M. A. degree in sociology and Adult and Continuing Education from Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi . He has a total of 18 years of work experience in integrated community development in urban and rural communities. Having spent significant years in the development sector he joined Credibility Alliance as Regional Coordinator (North) in April 2006 and is presently in charge of Central India . |

| Mr. T. K. Bharathan |
| Mr. T.K. Bharathan is the CA's Finance guru. He has post graduated in Economics from the University of Kerala . After his 20 years' experience with State Bank of Travancore, he has been working with the voluntary sector for the past 10 years. He joined CA in May 2006. |

| Ms. Veena Gondhalekar is in charge with membership. She post graduated in Extension Education (Home Science) in Mumbai. She has also a diploma in Communication and Journalism from Garware Institute, Kalina. Her professional background include working in the Research center department of SNDT university as a 'research assistant' ; in the rural development department of SNDT as an 'organiser'; and as a "coordinator" in the Indian Institute of Education, Pune. Presently, she does a diploma course in Human Resource Management. She joined Credibility Alliance in July 2007. |

| Dipti Dubhashi |
| Dipti Dubhashi is Senior Manager of Credibility Alliance. She is a professionally qualified Cost Accountant. Prior to joining Credibility Alliance, she had worked with GiveIndia on NGO assessments for donor projects. She has over 10 years of corporate experience in Operations and had worked with organisations like Kotak Mahindra, BNP Paribas and Reuters. |

| Sangeeta Mukherjee is Executive, Accreditation Team. She is responsible in strengthening/updating the membership base and accreditation process of CA members and non-member NGOs. She graduated Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the Asandol Girls’ College, West Bengal in 1993. |

| Vaishali J. Jain |
| Vaishali J. Jain is Executive, Accreditation Team. She had earlier worked with CA as Project Assistant responsible for processing of membership applications, completing desk reviews and maintaining membership data (May- July 2008). Likewise, she served at GiveIndia as Executive Feedback Analyst and NGO certification (June-November 2007). She finished B Sc in Microbiology at KC College, Mumbai in 2007. |

| Swarupa Marshal Almeida is Junior Executive, Accreditation Team. She is working on the accreditation drive project under the auspices of the Canadian Funds for Local Initiative (CFLI). She finished Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance at the University of Mumbai in 2009. |

| Albert Maganaka is commissioned by the Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as Communications Advisor at CA. He has 16 years of working experiences as academician, researcher, development communication specialist, and organisation development advisor in the Philippines and in Ghana, West Africa. Having finished Doctor of Philosophy in Extension Education, his expertise include: development communication, management and production of development-support materials, social/communication research, social marketing, college lecturing/teaching, international volunteering, and resource mobilization. |
